Noisy

This cricket was really going to town singing in the garden. Those wing case thingies on it's back were vibrating so I assume that this is how the sound was produced. I have no idea what type it was and can't see anything that immediately springs to home on t'internet. It was about 2.5 cms (1") in length and had a green head although this image doesn't show the head too well. It let me get quite close which was needed for this SOOC macro.
