General Gau's Chicken

How often does one have the opportunity to go back for a second shot?
We were back at the Sultan of Somerville's kitchen for another round of the General's favorite chicken straight out of the wok.  If it were possible, I'd say it was even better than last week's effort!  This time I captured the moment just  as the flame was turned off and the feast began.
