Ceilidh

Forgotten how much fun Ceilidhing can be... bit of a taster at the wedding over the weekend, but since it was a mixed crowd, there were only a few sets played.

I'd always meant to try out the tuesday night ceilidh's at the Lot in Edinburgh so went along to see what it was all about...

so-so is the best description - just a few too many beginners there - but still great fun, even if the dancefloor is a little on the small side.

Anyway, probably not my best shot of the day - I took a 42-esque shot of the castle before I went in that's probably technically better, but I prefer this one as a summation of my day...
