Warehouse

A lovely bright sunny Sunday and after a short walk around Princes Street gardens I went up to The Hanging Bat for a very nice Hot Dog with blue cheese and bacon bits and some "burnt beans" on the side. I had not intended on staying that long but some friends showed up and we ended up staying much longer and having quite a few more beers ;-)

Although I took a number of pictures around Princes Street Gardens I rather liked this one I took in Leith, not far from my flat.It shows one of the old warehouse buildings that are scattered around Leith, now converted into offices and flats. You can still see the remains of the old winch system they used to lift goods to each floor.
