World Book Day

World Book Day today, and lots of great costumes from the kids, especially in the Junior school. I wore blue for supporting Water Aid. Over to the Cathedral for a service with a water theme to it too. For a year or more, we've been staring at the North transept of the cathedral which has been covered up with scaffolding and boards as the stained glass is being repaired. Today, for the first time, some of the sections of the window were revealed. Not the best photo zoomed in on the iPhone but will get some better ones over the next few months as the rest of the window is revealed.
