Steampunk is a culture based on the 1880s Victorian Era combined with Jules Verne Science Fiction. It was the Era of Steam.

Today was the opening day of the Wild West Steampunk Convention at the Old Tucson Studios. Many colorful and creative costumes were in evidence as were steam powered weapons. Everybody was having a great time!
