Day 53 - It's Been Windy........

On one hand the snow texture is so beautiful, on the other hand it has ruined the powder snow for skiing. I shot his from the chairlift today, the patterns left by Thursday's wind are endlessly fascinating. This patch of snow is about 5m wide to give some scale  

I'm skiing around the pistes with my Nephew and Brother-in-Law this weekend, we have had blue skies and great snow coverage, they are loving it. They are having so much fun that they are currently in bed, its 6pm. Gives me a chance to upload an image but I hope they wake up for diner in an hour.....

Every day skiing is a good day.
