Cover for the Chip Shop Babies

I haven't been out today as it has bee raining all day. Last night was terrible with rain and wind battering the window I have got towels all at the bottom of the windows as the rain is getting blown in.
I thought I would knit a little cover for the Chip Shop Babies with some odd wool I had lying about.
