After 6pm sky

The warmth of 5c - the melting snow - the puddles draining loudly towards the sewer drains - the birds bathing in melted snow puddles in the alley singing whilst they bathe- are all signs of spring someday coming in the prairies but we do not get too excited - as too many times has two feet of snow fallen well into April -- yet here early March these puddles are so out of place so that alone gives me hope of spring and enjoying the moment.... Here as the sun retreats
