Inchcolm Island

Cycled Edinburgh to Kirkcaldy today (30 miles). Headwind to the forth road bridge then tailwind to kirkcaldy - the lino town ("you can tell by the smell the next stop is kirkcaldy"). Met another cyclist who was heading for a bacon roll and a bus load of tourists from Devon being blown inside out at the bridges taking in the views.

This view is between Aberdour and Burntisland looking back across to Edinburgh with little islands with great names like Inchmickery. My dad and I visited the one in view - you can get a boat from granting/trinity. Lovely wee island - watch out for the birds - they are not always happy to have visitors!
