a nice sunny day food shopping done first thing we went with out our coats on which was nice

came home and had our lunch then we picked up molly from Keith sisters and had a cuppa from our friends who run on of the kiosk on the sea front 

on the way back Keith said i could do with some rock but also a batter sausage i told him the sausage as he would have it and then it would be gone so that is what he did 

but saying that i had some of these This is a warning dont the are like pringles in cake form once you start you can not stop that is my 2 kg i lost this week back on
