Time Gentlemen, Please..

I was running another Switch to Manual Photography Session today and one of our shooting places is the intersection of The Royal Mile with North Bridge which has The Inn on the Mile pub on the corner. I often wonder if the disparity of the clocks is to do with either giving drinkers more or less time to finish their pints at the end of the night.
