Killantringan Bay

I'm trying to slow things down. Instead of rushing about every day, think quality over quantity. But it's hard.

I headed down the Ayrshire coast and to Dumfries & Galloway with this in mind. I also thought I'd decided I wanted to capture more images that had a painterly quality to them. Kinds of goes out the window though when the clock is ticking down to sunset and you can't find a good composition.

It's taking forever (again) to download and catalog everything, so I don't know if I have better shots. I'm not a huge fan of this one. Bit too cliched and "nice". But what else are you going to do when you're in such beautiful location? 

At least I didn't get any filters out. I HATE using filters and all that faffing about so I deliberately avoided them today. I'd like to make it my mission never to use them again.
