Arran

Today,Dad and I cycled round Arran. Absolutely stunning day and roasting hot. I must have drank about 4 litres of water. The best way to cycle round Arran is clockwise because that way you are next to the sea the whole way, And generally the wind goes that way so it helps you round. But for some reason on the back of the island the wind changed it's mind and turned into a head wind. Trying to average 15 mph for 15 miles with a 15 mph head wind isn't easy but we got there in the end. The legs are a little sore today though.
