Sunny Verge

As I type I can hear the wail of hot and overtired children in the bath. Screaming and shouting and generally guaranteeing themselves an early night..... Oh dear!
Mr K deserves a medal for holding them down and washing their hair and puttting up with their nonsense!
It's been a very busy day today. We headed off to Milton Keynes first thing to view Miss E's Waterbabies underwater photos. Unfortunately there are a couple of amazing ones which is not going to help our economy drive!
Then it was home for lunch and hurried showers before Miss E and I headed off to a fabulous Tatty Bumpkins party for one of her school friends. It was one of the nicest school parties we've been to - the children were mesmerised for an hour by the "adventure" they went on and the grown ups had delicious coffee and walnut cake and lovely chats. We don't get the school gate drop off time so it's nice to catch up at the parties.
So a busy day and now we're enjoying meltdowns before bed....
