Stepping Stones

I do enjoy living in Uppermill. My car is still in the garage but fear not, everything is out our doorstop. And we still live out in the country! Novel.

The kids bought things for their mum. I struggled finding my mum anything suitable. Then we drove to Holmfirth for a viewing. The house was AMAZING. 4 floors. Cosiness, and a bedroom balcony. No dogs allowed though. Nor parking. And it's over the tops of the pennines. I want that house, but in Uppermill. But then it wouldn't be affordable. The house did seem worth that daily journey though. I just wondering how long it'll be until I get sick of the journey. Worth giving it a go though. On lots of different levels.
