Tree Swallow At Jackson Bottom Wetlands
Enjoyed a nice walk around Jackson Bottom Wetlands in Hillsboro today. The water has receded and you can actually walk around the big ponds which was a treat. We saw lots of ducks, eagles in the distance, hawks, birds around the feeders, but what caught my eye were the tree swallows which are nesting in boxes scattered along the paths. I love their coloring!
