Wet Otter

It's weird how after trying out a genre of photography that you've not done for a wee while gives you the nudge to go and try it again so soon, I really enjoyed the birds of prey photography yesterday so i was in the mood for grabbing some images of some other wildlife, It was quite a decision though, go in search of some horses, sheep or cows, or even some swans! but my final choice was to go see some otters, This guy had just got out the pond and the water was still dripping off him!  His antics swimming were fun to watch but impossible to get the paw waving from the pond!

The weather forecaster has just told us to button down the hatches tonight, so there's possibly a wee breeze gonna hit us later on, so there may be some unusual photo opportunities tomorrow!
