Potential..?

We filled out the paperwork today for the beautiful house we viewed in Holmfirth at the weekend.

It's a such tricky one!
We are both really torn over the actual location but love the house...There was absolutely nothing to dislike about it, other than where it is situated (albeit 5-10 mins walk from the centre).
Despite being a nice place with shops/cafes/bars etc, living in Holmfirth has never really been on the agenda, it's always been Greenfield/Uppermill/Delph & the like, but a wider than normal search brought it to our attention...
We would have preferred something this side of the Moors to be honest, but it's difficult, nigh on impossible, to find something like this in Saddleworth- especially for rental (with a dog) & without a sky high budget.
I know, having already tried & viewed so many places!!
I'm willing to take the risk though, if the application is successful. 6 months is not long & passes quickly - and if we didn't try it out, we would perhaps always wonder.
Plus, if this acknowledges the departure of the past, and a reconciliation & rebuilding of our relationship & family, then starting it in a new & lovely environment might just be one of the tonics we need.
