Hmmm

Well it didn't quite turn out the way it was supposed to!

The flavour is delicious though so if it doesn't actually make me ill then I am going to persevere. I will just leave all the risings for at least twice as long next time, I had planned for the timings in the recipe and ended up having to just shove it in the oven and hope for the best so that I didn't have to stay up half the night with it. Better luck next time I am sure!
