Shadows of the past

It has been a glorious sunny day today, not a cloud in the sky but a lovely breeze to help cool things down. I don't like it too hot......I get a bit grumpy!

Today we had a trip to Duxford Air Museum. We visited a couple of years ago to see the Battle of Britain air show which was amazing, but didn't have much oportunity to go around the hangers.

This memorial is dedicated to all the airmen who flew in the Second World War.
