Nile Yoga...

I cannot stress enough, the energy, vitality, life and serendipity that exists here, if you are open to it. Life really cannot offer anymore excitement at the moment...Or can it?

A friend of mine had decided to open her door to a day of Reike, spiritualism and the opportunity to meet Jon, who runs Yoga courses throughout the World, but has settled and is based in Dahab, Egypt.

An interesting twist on this seemingly simple tale, is that Jonathon, was and remains, the lead singer of Jonah and the Wail a Bath based band, which is of course my neck of the woods!

I remember the name of the band, seeing them on posters throughout Bath.

Playing at Moles Club, the home of so many famous musicians today and possibly alike to the Cavern in Liverpool.

Here I am drinking camomile tea, being bitten by mosquitoes and chatting with with 'Jonah' and friends at Hazels house A plan to bring yoga to Luxor is being hatched and of course, with the history we have here, it seems to be the idyllic place.

This is Jon, at the edge of the River Nile, with Luxor Temple in the background. My camera had a few issues yesterday and so this is not as I imagined it would be, but it captured a moment :-)
