Sunny Weekend

Well what a scorcher! Finally we decided that the gardening could not wait any longer and we would have to sort the overgrown garden out. I am sure the real incentive was so we could use it as a garden again and get the BBQ out and have friends round.

Anyway we were good to our word, pruning, trimming, digging, tidying, cleaning sweeping and scrubbing has been performed and we are ready to crank up the BBQ.

The above shot is not our garden though. It's Bushy Park as we passed though this afternoon. I felt it summed up summer.
