HONEY BEE ON CROCUS

Mr.MS7 took the dogs out for their walk. I did some jobs around the house.
The sun came out and by mid morning it was actually quite hot out of the wind. We had our lunch in the garden which was a real treat.

We then treated the smaller of our two sheds, it was long overdue and the wood was very thirsty! I started an initial dredge of the pond, removing old leaves. I disturbed several Great Crested Newts.There were a lot of honey bees flying around and I saw a tortoiseshell butterfly and a Brimstone. It has really started!!
 Mr.MS7 popped into town late afternoon while I waited for the electrician to come to fit our new kitchen light.
