Cooking Class

Some new friends on the volleyball court were taking a cooking class from beach vendor/volleyball player Lourdes. She graciously invited us to her place to eat the results. A humble setting, this is the kitchen and dining room, but fabulous food and a wonderful time. Hard to believe she and her helpers were able to produce fried fish, fruit salad, green salad, roasted jalapeño salad, chicken potato salad, plus fruit, tortillas, and other assorted goodies on a two burner hot plate. Everything was outstanding, made all the better by the open air setting and great company.
