Delicates

Small Silver Birch leaves are delicates for gerbils (Meriones unguiculatus). We have had Birch branches from the country, as someone had freshly cut a huge tree.

Fortunately I could use the branches first as these gerbil ladies can chip them and eat leaves faster than you think!
