....that's how I feel I've spent most of my day!
Plusnet about our letting cottage phone line; ordered in September and still not quite connected...... I'm being phoned back tomorrow with a new appointment. I'm not holding my breath!
EE about our mobile dongle for our holidaymakers to use till the phone line goes in. Ordered in January and still not here. Being phoned back tomorrow apparently.....
