Caution, Prudence

I visited Amwell Nature Reserve this afternoon. The weather was gorgeous. For a change I walked towards Hardmead Lock. A large barge was moored there and Prudence was on guard. While I was taking pics her owner appeared. We had quite a long chat over the water. Prudence is a rescue dog, a lurcher/mastiff/greyhound cross. I love brindle dogs, shame the water was between us.

The barge owner is moving it to Gravesend and then hopes to take it to France.
