He had ten thousand men
In my continuing series (well, I've just decided it's a continuing series. But frankly, it sounds like the best idea I've had in a while), here's another Belfast pub. This time, the Duke of York.
It's a really odd pub in many ways. Yet despite that, it's beloved by locals and tourists alike. In the evenings, no matter what the weather, there are as many people sitting outside the pub (those red benches aren't just there for decoration, you know) as there are inside. And inside is likely to be absolutely jam-packed.
At some point, I'll do an interior. Or possibly a picture of a pint.
A much nicer day in Belfast. In fact, as you can see from this picture at about 4pm, we had some fairly bright sunshine. Not much warmth in it, but we'll settle for some decent light.
