Nozawa Shrine

There are lots of little shrines all over the place here and some bigger temples.  This one seemed a little unusual.  It really is a lovely place and today (Wednesday) I am going to go for a little wander around and then this afternoon we are going somewhere which will be a big treat.  But enough of tomorrow, (I am back blipping) yesterday today it snowed and snowed and snowed and it is still snowing on Wednesday.  

New skis are fine but the boots are not as comfortable as the ones in Niseko and I can feel pressure points.  There are a variety of runs and it is quite a large mountain so you have your choices.  We took a black run on the last run which looked fine from the top but in the end was like Funnel Web at Thredbo, just big icy moguls.
