Making a beeline for the sunshine

While Annie relaxed in the sun, Chris restlessly followed insects around the garden shrubbery.

The original plan for the day had involved going out more, but the sunshine was so lovely we decided to have a restful house day. We so rarely just sit and enjoy ourselves it feels naughty when we do - like we're bunking off.

An evening cycle ride to help prepare for the 100km London NightRider cycle we're doing in just 2 weeks. Eek. It seemed a good idea when we signed up for it. It'll be very, very tough, but at least we'll raise money for Cancer Research.
