Punk Robin?

Went down to my slightly neglected allotment today - first it was too wet now its baked hard - to put netting over the strawberries. I was visited by this poor looking bird, I'm not sure whether its a Robin or a blackbird, at first I thought Robin because its legs seem quite long and upright but I'm not sure now. Either way it s not looking great.
