another beautiful day in the UK.
freeman4life headed off to belgium today so goodbyes were said to him.
stunning cycle with my daddy (whilst tanning) this afternoon...did about 20 miles....get ready for those banana!!. we do live in a beautiful part of the world. and the warmth was an added bonus

followed by a bbq in the garden with my grandad and auntie and uncle.
and pimms!

delightful.
oooh and this time next week i will have arrived in zambia!
