the world

I was at a training morning this morning and afterwards went with 2 friends to Rosie's for lunch and a catch up. They have so many nice cakes and we were all talking about trying to eat more healthily so instead of a slice of cake we all got one macaroon each to take home for later. I also got a belated birthday gift, lonely planet guide book for The world! Its a lovely book with loads of beautiful photographs in, it will be useful in choosing a destination for next years holiday. I have a presentation tomorrow and need to prepare but its difficult to put this book down :)
