And then conditions got worse...

...and we stopped for coffee! Snowed most of the day, but we managed to be inside for coffee or lunch when it was actually hailing...

The worst part of days like these is actually getting out there - once you're skiing, you just keep going if you're having fun!
Got back in time for coffee and cake at the hotel. John & Sue made the decision to stay behind,  but they had had a fun day too, snoozing over their books, eating Strudel and browsing the shops.
