Wildlife overpasses

D and S brought home the guide for Canada's mountain parks. I thought this is interesting. There are several of them over the highway between Banff and Lake Louise. Though D and S didn't see any animals using them, apparently they are well used. Unfortunately, they are no help in keeping animals off the railroad tracks. Mother Grizzlies have been spotted teaching their cubs to find grain which dribbles out of the grain cars on this main east west corridor.
