obstacle course!

speedin' seagal and silver pistol are doing "fast feet" as part of this course. they are stepping side ways without rolling forward or backward. the next part of the course was to stop, then walk on your toestops, then knee slide, then weave in and out of cones, then 2 jumps. i did ok. we went through more than once, so some things i did better  the first or second time.
