Morning!

Back on the bike...hurrah!

It's been a while, but I got back in the saddle yesterday...I'm not going to lie... I'm clearly in need of the rides as I'm out of shape somewhat!
I'm hoping that by the end of the week the old bum will shop aching too.

It's great though to be out in the fresh air on the bike and I do get to see lovely views like this on my way to work.
