Hangers

I paid a visit to a company in Jedburgh today with a group of students. The company was Mainetti's and is the largest global manufacturer of hangers in the world. Talk about niche! They handle 3 billion hangers per year and are the industry leaders in their field; the tour of the factory was fascinating - very high tech and everything automated. No photos allowed to be taken inside the factory but this is one of the hangers they gave us as a souvenir. If you look in your wardrobes, the chances are there might be a Mainetti hanger lurking - they make for most of the high street. Turn it upside down and their name should be on the inside. As you can tell, I've become a hanger anorak.
