Bill Posters is innocent!

Mainly working at home today, but I had a couple of things to sort in town.

Then this evening I went back to Taekwon Do for the first time since December 2013. I thought it was going to kill me, but I felt way better than I expected to. Great to get back again and I'm really looking forward to  another session next week.
