Our first house.

I travelled along Wyndham Street today and paused to photograph number 24 which was our first home. We purchased the property in 1978 for $23,000. That seemed huge at the time. I note that the current rateable valuation is $380,0000. We only lived there for 3 years but I still have many happy memories of those times.
