Chained . . .

Not exactly chained to the house, but the weather was so wild, with severe gales again, that I didn't have the energy or inclination to go far afield!  

The wind can be really exhilarating, animals particularly get excited and silly in high winds, Ollie loves it, but after a few days it does tend to sap your strength!  The constant battling is wearing!  

Instead of going out I got out my sewing machine - the BBC Sewing Bee programme and seeing all the wonderful quilts and patchwork done by other blippers has fired up my enthusiasm!
