Local Artwork

I've walked past this in Watford town centre I don't know how many times and not really noticed it. But today, for some reason, I stopped to have a good look and realised how much I like it - the different colours, textures and overall shape. Set against the backdrop of the church I thought it made a good photo and wondered how long it'd been there, who had made it and what it meant. To me, the top of it is in harmony with the church spire which signifies reaching up to God.
