Cemetary

A different guy today at Spin class, I must say I enjoyed the class and seemed to have enough energy even with less than three hours sleep last night.

Daughter is back off-shore for next two weeks, she gets three weeks off but it is still difficult for the first few days getting back into the routine of very early mornings 4:30am and long working days.  While she is away her boyfriend is off to Norway.

Not seen any rain yet today, forecast for a right storm.
