Me, myself, I

...am all alone. The rest of of my team have gone home but I'm staying on for one more night in Manchester. It's no great hardship really as the hotel has a lovely pool and spa which I made the most of before dinner this evening. I am counting my blessings and trying not to think about the weight I've probably gained this week.
