Derelict form 1947.......

This wonderful ruin at Nymans in Sussex, has been left as it was, following a fire in 1947. The Messel family owned the estate for several generations before the house was destroyed and then passed on to the National Trust in 1953. In the sunshine today it looked amazing and I thought an ideal candidate for Derelict Thursday.
