traction, physiotherapy, big fat anti inflammatory pills and painkillers... 

that's been my day...   my neck went into spasm yesterday morning, it had been doing so well and feeling much better recently, but then I picked up my hairdryer yesterday morning and bam it was back with a vengeance and progressively locked up throughout the day... couldn't sleep last night, couldn't turn my head this morning... bit fed up really...
