Butterfly on snowdrops

Enjoyed a wonderful walk in the park of the Chateau of Fontainebleau this morning, under a gorgeous blue sky and sunshine. There were masses of snowdrops everywhere, and I even managed to catch this butterfly on some of them! I could easily have stayed longer, but I was meeting up with a couple of church friends to go on to the Lent lunch - just 5 of us today, but as always good food and Christian fellowship.
