Help! Lemme Out!

He's advertising art. Either that, or Art is his name. But he doesn't look happy, and no wonder after six inches of cold rain in the last few days. Still, he should warm up in tomorrow's 90 degree temperatures. But by then, his name will be Rusty.

Rusty or Art, either way I wouldn't want to meet him on a dark night.
