Alex received a "Proud Paw" award today for meeting his grade level math fluency goal.  This is his first "Proud Paw" and he was definitely proud of the achievement.  As were my parents and I and we were all able to attend the Spirit Assembly today to cheer Alex on during the recognition.  I love celebrating hard work and that we did with a special walk to the Espresso stand down the street for a sweet treat after school.  I wish these days would last forever.
